1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and repairs carried out by Beast Garage.
1.2 By booking a service or repair with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website and in our reception area.

2. Estimates and Pricing

2.1 All estimates are provided in good faith and are based on the information available at the time.
2.2 If additional work is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
2.3 Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 A deposit may be required before work commences, particularly for special-order parts or major repairs.
3.2 Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has begun.
3.3 Full payment is due upon completion of work and before the vehicle is released.
3.4 We accept payment by cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.

4. Parts and Warranties

4.1 We use high-quality OEM or equivalent parts unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Parts supplied and fitted by us are covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first.
4.3 Warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.

5. Damage During Part Removal

5.1 Some components may be corroded, seized, or fragile due to age or wear.
5.2 While we take every care, Beast Garage is not liable for damage to parts that occurs during removal if such damage is due to pre-existing conditions.
5.3 Customers will be informed of any such damage and advised on replacement options.

6. Customer-Supplied Parts

6.1 We may agree to fit parts supplied by the customer at our discretion.
6.2 No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts, and we are not liable for any faults or failures related to them.

7. Storage and Vehicle Collection

7.1 Vehicles must be collected within 48 hours of work completion unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 A storage fee may apply for uncollected vehicles beyond this period.
7.3 Vehicles left on-site are at the owner’s risk. We recommend removing valuables.

8. Liability

8.1 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
8.2 Our total liability is limited to the value of the work carried out or parts supplied.

9. Complaints

9.1 We aim to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly.
9.2 Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to info@beastgarage.co.uk 

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
